Transnet Property is seeking dynamic, recently qualified graduates for a 24-month structured programme to gain practical experience in Health & Safety. The role offers exposure to various functions, including project work, customer engagement, research, and administrative support. Applicants must hold a National Diploma or Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or a related field, be South African citizens aged 18–35, and have strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow various staff members to gain practical workplace experience
• Participate in learning experiences, attend meetings and workshops
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, determine urgency, and provide regular updates
• Ensure queries are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Provide general administrative support, research, and assistance
• Take work briefs/instructions from Mentor or Specialist and structure work to produce specific deliverables
• Execute project tasks effectively, both individually and collaboratively
• Produce quality work that contributes to developing appropriate project solutions for clients

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, or a related qualification
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience
• Must be a South African citizen
• Age between 18 and 35 years
